We were so surprised at how lovely this villa was for our holiday vacation. The view was exceptional and we loved Dawn beach. You really can't beat the value at this home.
The villa is magnificent. The view is simply spectacular, with nearly the entire wall opening up on the pool deck with a view to the sea. The pictures are accurate! Dawn Beach, in front of the Westin, is a short walk down the street and some stairs. The beach house is fully outfitted, including daily maid service. There are some hills to climb in the area, but we were walking distance to several terrific French restaurants. Mama Pizza and Le BZH were our favorites. The pool is very refreshing after hiking the hill. Weâd definitely consider staying again when we come back. Recommended!
The service and check in process was excellent! Gianna is fabulous! It's private and quiet yet close enough to all stores, restaurants and roadways. The view is magnificent! Loved the privacy of the pool. Our favorite place to hang out on the Island was in Gianna!
The house was perfect for 2 couples and the views were incredible any time of the day. The road that was behind the Westin hotel was very hard to traverse but well worth the aggravation as we loved going to the French side of the island. We found several excellent restaurants in nearby Oyster Pond and several great restaurants in wonderful Grand Case. The check-out process was a bit confusing but we managed. Wish I could be there now!
Third stay at Gianna. Brought our dear friends Bill and Lyn of Idaho for their first trip to St. Maarten. What could be better?! Spent most of our time on the French side (Bay Rouge, Friar Bay and Orient Bay) Oh and eating on the French side ( Spiga, Lotary Farm and Stone) But perhaps our best days were spent on the deck of Gianna with good friends, good wine, good music. We did dance to some Caribbean rhythms great food from the new French market on Arawak road. If you could just fix that road!!!:) See you soon!!!
